I read somewhere that she's also premiering Keep It and Revelations. At least we're going to have the whole album performed live somehow.

What sucks the most is that we won't even have a new single pre-save like she did at Lollapalooza for FSN and EMAs for Coconuts. She keeps pushing **** Pop as if it wasn't dragged enough it was cute but move on girl, we need the album

Also she's still in the studio writing and making new songs so i don't think we'll be getting the album this summer at all maybe next year

It was! Months ago... then some insiders here said that she was recording new songs for the album. Weeks after, during **** Pop Q&A and interviews, she confirmed that she "couldn't stop writing" and how she was in studio 24/7. Also looking for collabs and hoping the album would be out by this summer.

 

We waited til HIFTB to be out... then nothing. And during this week she was in studio creating more songs with Sarah Hudson

 

She probably changed the original Problématique concept and we might receive a completely different album at this point.

This era is such a mess, oh god. She should drop that German techno song + All She Wants as droplets then start the era correctly from the beginning.

She should drop the album this summer and move on to TOTL3 to redeem herself and quickly begin work on the next album for 2023. This entire era has been traumatizing with endless waits, lies, and half-assed content. She's surrounded by a creative team of entry-level photographers and creative "directors" who just graduated college. Yes men. The mismanagement (BunheadHQ) along with Kim's apathetic attitude is what's driving this era deeper into the dirt. Leading her first performance at Coachella with... Slvt Pop? For real? it didn't translate well onstage and the shouting did not sound good. If the EP was meant for the core fans, why perform its entirety on such a national stage like Coachella? That highly sexual music is abrasive to the average listener. She shoulda led with Era 1 to remind ppl who she is, then do a short Slvt Pop interlude, and close with the new era (FSN, Coconuts, etc). 

 

They need to re-brand Kim back to being just a vocalist and stop giving her full choreo. She aint a dancer. Let her just sing and improvise like she did during Clarity tour. The mechanical choreography locks her in and she can't keep up/gets out of breath/it's sloppy. Those weeks of rehearsal led to what we saw tonight? Mess. The second half, what we saw of it at least, she sounded much better and wasn't constrained by the neurotic dance moves.

It’s a damn bop  this sounds so much like a Luke production from early 2010s

Vocally she sounded in great shape, probably the best she’s sounded since the start of the era.

 

I love the verses of HIFTB but I’m more interested to hear the full Revelations, it sounded like a banger. Did she also perform Keep It?

You basically spilled all of my thoughts

 

This should've been a celebration of her career in general, not a promotion concert for Slvt Pop   what makes me happy is how hyped the crowd was at least, imagine if they were bored... a ******* disaster.

 

And she def needs to showcase more vocals, there were moments at SP songs that she was straight up SCREAMING while trying to give some high notes on songs that weren't needed

 

The pole dance was a mess and that star was so... basic. The best part of the concert seemed to be the non-SP songs and this was the moment they stopped the streaming

 

I truly enjoyed SP as a one-off thing but she needs to stop with these overly sexual songs, not bc they're bad, but bc they're too in the face and the performances makes her look like a parody of a popstar. I get that she's having fun but she's too talented for people to see her as a joke or a meme girl.

 

On Revelations she was giving vocals though and hopefully we'll get some more "serious" songs on Problématique to fix the mess.
