it's like another feed but you actually can answer to the messages sometimes. It opens a different "thread" where the answers are

All of the ones I've encountered don't let you reply and are simply just posting the same pics they post in their main feeds plus a message that says like "New Post." or "Hi". 

My ex crush uploaded a pic of himself barefoot and I screenshotted it  I deleted it because I felt like a creep

one band asked about something and I was able to reply but it kinda opened a seperate thread just for this question but in general those broadcast channels are useless

I just realized that I can reply to one of them and like you said it goes to another thread with comments. But them comments are just thirsty-ass fans.
