The higher-ups introduced a new reward system that basically reduces your salary and takes away all the bonuses unless you work from dawn to dusk. So livid.

24 hours ago it was -20C. Now its currently +8C, almost 30 degrees warmer. Could wear shorts and t-shirts outside.
