I was surprised to learn that Spaniards don't really eat breakfast? Like a coffee and galletas would probably make me pass out before arriving at work

The Roach/Sevigny thread is pissing me off so badly. I know I shouldn't be surprised, but when did people forget nuances, context, and perspective in basic discussions? deadbanana

Erm, this is totally false. Olive-oiled bread with tomato and jamón is probably the best-known breakfast in Spain.

some serious Florence-adjacent duds on the Chelsea album but other than that we were fed fairly well

a white and blue van is parked on the side of a road .

The way it's presented is that they eat very light breakfast and yes, bread with olive oil too but still not as a full breakfast. I'm paying for this course full of lies cm

I think that might be because most people have coffee and maybe something sweet at home before going to work. Then, during the first work break (around 10 or 11 a.m.), we have a full breakfast, which consists of toast and a drink at a bar or cafeteria. I believe outside of Spain they differentiate between these two as separate meals, but we just call them both breakfast.

yes that allignes with what I learned because we have breakfast in the morning and then the second lighter breakfast usually, so the other way

I really liked it! It's basically a visual novel though; you walk around a bit and there are some light puzzle sequences, but it's 95% dialogue/story.

Naw Jinnie posting on bubble how been eating better again 🥰 I was getting a little worried about him since he lost a lot but said he gained more again. Love my healthy bias.
