Yeah you can link up Spotify to it and then it tracks the data for you, it shows the stats on the website

But 2026 is already been a bit of a start. I finally got the disagosed report and turns out adhd, lvl 2 autism, extreme anxiety disorder and apparently social/speech problems too I mean that's only bc I was nervous but I'm not that bad socializing when it's around people I know but it explains why I can't get a boyfriend or meet new people. I guess that got worse later down the track

But it's nice to finally understand myself now for 30 years I've been struggling, trying to make friends or even do somewhat normal things but for some reason struggled. And apparently they are going to help me through it too
