It was a random British rock band and the song they mashed up with Umbrella here is called Golden Skans, which is the only song I know from them lol. One of its members, I think the vocalist did a YouTube interview about performing with Rih last year or something I think. Pretty cool.

But yes solo is the way too go, we don’t need any guests taking up valuable screen time when she has so many songs that deserve the spotlight.

 

Also most guest performers I find take away from the show rather than being complimentary and adding to it. The only guests in recent shows that achieved that were Destinys Child (helps that their songs are also beys + single ladies together was cute). If jay or em show up they better not perform any of their stuff
