You've been saying this 'once every few years' but all of this time you couldn't search by yourself who came up with that lyric? It only took me to check on Genius to know it was Dallas Austin who came up with that lyric, here's an interview of him saying it

What's astounding to me is y'all can't take constructive feedback about a really problematic lyric that you KNOW today she'd be horrified by?! Idc if she wrote it or not; she sang it. And I didn't ask to cancel her - all I said is it's wild in today's cancel culture that she's evaded that song surfacing in Twitter, for ex. I was reminded of, and listened to, this song as it came up on shuffle today... My ******* apologies that I came in here to mention a really unsettling lyric.
