Likes do not mean anything. I mean positive or negative. It doesn't mean people will actually stream the music. Plenty of people with a lot of followers and likes on their posts totally flop lol. But someone coming in here pointing out another artist's likes in comparision to Normani is just hate

I need y'all to let it go and just enjoy the moment. There are people with 30 million followers who can't sale 50k copies and people with 300k followers who can. You can't define anyone success with fickle social media engagement. Just enjoy it and move on.

Can we not discuss Normani’s social media engagement? Like, let’s just wait and see what she’s giving first. If we went by social media numbers, Flo Mili’s song that’s smashing right now would be bubbling under still. She had like 0 hype when it dropped. Tiktok trend was on life support, and then BAM it just picked up after the video dropped & she started performing it. 

 

We need to pray Normani is doing performances and videos since Fair was 1/2 and honestly, she could have rode it out and just seen where it would go. Her biggest issues is not the debut, it’s 2 - 4 months after when her team acts like no single is out/needs to be promoted. I’m not worried about release week at all
