I went to the story of the cosmetics brand she is posting and they posted normani getting her make up done. I guess she's with them for superbowl weekend promoting.

I think either next month or April should be when she kicks off the album cycle. Even if Beyoncé/Camila/Ariana releases she should just release it anyway. Stop waiting and just get it over with. I definitely feel like giving the people new music should be her first priority. Movies and acting can wait. She has a very small discography for someone who has been out for 5+ years. Even Kpop groups that have been out for 2 years have more music than her.

She said when she was doing press for Freaky Tales.. you know the movie she is going to be in... that music will always be apart of her life. She always plans to have a music career but I don't blame people for thinking this because she has been gone for so long. Her music should have been out at the top of the year honestly but I have faith that the full album will be coming and I don't think they're going to wait until the second half of the year.

Is it even up to her when it comes to releasing music? I don't understand why people think she's an indie artist. She can't just release when she wants to. That's ultimately up to RCA to decide that.

 

But I do think she should promote herself more and give people something other than silence but we can't just say "she needs to release at this point" or "why don't she just release it already" that's not how it works.

Yeah. I completely understood what she way saying. But we’ve been down this road before. She’ll tease us then nothing comes out of it. I think it’s been many different factors that have deterred her from releasing but I think it also has to do with her uneasiness with releasing. I just want her to confident in her music and not second guess. It’s been 2 years since her last SINGLE; SINGLE, not album. It’s time we don’t want another long ass break. Just release the music and promote and when done do some filming for her movies.

I totally agree with you. That's why I can't even be bothered guessing with the insiders anymore. I just want the release date and that's it. The cutesy guessing stuff is old now lol. I have to give her grace on the release date though because she doesn't get to pick the date. RCA has to be ready to roll out the single and now she's technically on their timeline and when they're ready to do things. She can't just release when she wants to. I'm happy that it does seem like it's coming this year though. She got two nre music managers and her parents are talking a lot more on social media again so I feel like we're really close to the album.

all the insider pages keep saying normani is about to be on a remix or do a collab and i had a feeling theyre going to push something like that first to warm everyone up to her again before a single drops.
