Do yall listen to the posthumous albums? I find it hard to. On the rare occasion I will listen to 'Michael' (2010) (even though some of the songs aren't him but they're good songs nonetheless which makes it worse ) but I barely touch XSCAPE.

 

Overall I feel it's disrespectful as Michael was such a perfectionist it feels wrong to listen to something he didn't want us to. I say if he never released them, he had his reasons.

 

And I especially hate that JT got on one of the songs cos he knows damn well that Michael would have NEVER agreed to that.

I'm the opposite. I hate Michael besides one or two songs and stream Xscape a lot. Chicago might chart on the hot 100, its gone viral on tiktok. 

 

I think Michael new unreleased tracks would get released after his death. I am sure he has seen the elvis estate, 2pac estate, etc. He even had a track with biggie after his death on invicible iirc. 

 

Janet was beefing with the estate at the time. Trying to get the executors removed so I think that's why they chose JT, imo.

It really does. Chicago is still gaining streams on spotify. It sold well too actually and was certified gold.

I might have to start streaming it. Although probably only the “Original Version” deluxe side as at least those versions Michael actually knew about.

i think starlight is going to be on it. Besides that I have no idea. 

 

The thriller 40 graphic is a disgrace. They should've used the font from the video title card. The estate just doesn't care, they know it'll sell anyway.
