Wait the reporter posting a video of her reaction to the album listening party (that was apparently done months ago) should mean Katy's team asked her to release now right? Which means they're re building the hype? She's coming?

There is noooooo way she's only releasing in July. The single in may/ June album in August plan always works well for her
