I've heard Lu Kala's discography and it gives me Rachel Platten's dated HAC/AC 2017 tropic vibes.  

 

I mean it's OK for some Japanese acoustic bonus track, but not for "the one of the best song in my career".

But all of Katy's albums have had songs with bad lyrics so it shouldn't really come as a surprise. As long as they're not Witness level bad she'll be fine.
