If Danny L Harle being on DL3 means we’re getting an hyperpop or more electronic sound for DL3 I’m really curious as to how they’re gonna pull that off and sell it to the GP.

 

I enjoy good hyperpop by Sophie and Charli but it can be a very loud sound for people who aren’t familiar with it. The songs better have killer hooks


 

IDT it'll be hyperpop, even in influence. He did Freedom! '90, which isn't hyperpoop at all, so I don't think it's a shoe-in she goes that route just cuz he's on the team. It'd be more like Caroline than anything, but still I don't see her copying a sound really. Plus we still got Ian, Koz, Mark, Jeff, Andrew... :jonnycat:

    Still listen to this regularly. One of my favourite songs to come out of the FN era.

    Some of the other TKOW mixes were better than the final one. Removing the vocoder from the first ore-chorus for ex - and bringing down the backing vocals in the bridge. A shame

    If she won‘t I‘ll go for the best available tickets to be as close to the stage as possible :) 

    In the same way that FN helped usher in the 80's-pop/disco revival trend, I would really love her next album to be inspired by the dance music of the 90's and early 2000's, including elements of drum and bass, garage, and rave music. It would be such a good fit for her and is likely to become a trend at some point anyway, so she could really be ahead of the curve again. That sound would also lend itself nicely to a PinkPantheress collab which would be a moment.
