The raps girls give the drama, personality  and stage performances that’s missing from the new pop girls. 

I think she is at an interesting place with the DC4 lead single because no matter what she will not please every crowd with one song. She gained a lot of international and pop fans with Say so, KMM, and Woman. But a large portion of Americans are eager to hear her RAP.

 

I agree with Alex I would really enjoy a Rules type lead single where she raps the hook. But whatever she does I have faith it will be good Doja really has an era for hits

I’m gonna give her the same advice I gave Nicki:  Do Pop-leaning production, but with bars…no singing.  
 

And look, Nicki with her first big hit in a long ass time.  It covers both bases nicely.

I visited the sub last year and it was all horny men and no fans. I wish they would leave, so real fans can have the community. These men never supported her career anyway.

Her lead should be like Streets but pop. She sings on the chorus and 1st verse and raps on 2nd verse. Heartfelt lyrics with quotable lines.

now u know she better do the exact opposite as what everyone's expecting of her. being too predictable is a key into flopness, also her having an actual radio SMASH hit with a rap hook would certainly beat those "not a rapper" allegations that somehow STILL follow her around

it's depressing to think a performer as strong as her hasn't had a proper tour since she was in 200 capacity venues for Amala when ppl barely knew who she was / mooo! was just popping off 

 

It's so fundamental for her as an artist to at least give one tour as a mainstream act to maintain a fanbase and she already has 2 albums to tour off of, with a third on the way
