It feels uneventful because there wasn’t just one, BIG song, just defining the era which a lot of artist need to rely on, so much so they don’t release an album until they get one. But all of Doja’s singles have been top 40, so what you’re feeling is just consistency.

Unfortunately, CB is the most successful male r&b artist currently. His song gets tons of radio and playlist. Doja doesn’t need him though.
