That's great. She's had hits all over the world throughout her career. Truly a global superstar. She's still has never relied on Russia to be successful. Based on the Top 100, It shouldn't surprise anyone that ME! is flopping there

Maybe because it was a fan-favorite song and Russian division of Universal released it as exclusive single here? It was even used in TV commercial.
