MB will probably purge Shut Up And Dance and reclassify it as Gold very soon. Remember, you saw where MB removed SUAD, Blank Space, Uptown Funk, and Sugar from the Top 40 RC chart all at once sometime last fall. 

 

MB used to wait three years to convert the songs to Gold, but has gotten more aggressive over time. Also, chart position doesn't matter to MB. Remember, Miguel's Adore was still in the Top 15 on UAC.

 

 

SOY is getting close to 225 on AI, and I thought it would peak 215-220. However, SOY is losing on T 40 and peaking on HAC. As losses at its two core formats grow larger, it must over compensate at RHY & AC to get to and over 225 M. We will have to see what happens with SOY's peak AI.

Correct ? . I wish we had access to the All Stations plus Recurrents AND Gold charts, but we don't. This is why Uptown Funk ranks higher on the official MB AI instead of Kworb's MB AI. Fortunately, BB doesn't divide recurrents and designate songs Gold when they're old.

 

Also, remember that Carey's Christmas shows up on the official MB AI because of Gold airplay. Christmas doesn't appear on Kworb's MB AI because the song, more than 20 years, is considered Gold instead of recurrent.

Well it's doing pretty good on Spotify considering it has 0 push there. It's not even on TTH

It's #136 on Spotify, and all of the previous three singles went top 10  

The late singles of the ME era (LMH, #2 and OLT, #13) also did well. Everyday is her very first song to do really badly on ODS.

It's because it's ****ing godawful and the GP agrees. Should've released Greedy instead of trying to capitalize on the Future craze. 

Be Alright is easily the smash of the album but she refuses to release it
