Adele said she really didn't fit well in the role of a SB HT performance though, and she's probably right. Adele doesn't do dancing in her performances like many of her peers, so she said she thought she was "too boring" for the SB 51 HT show.

ugh this is why I love Adele, so humble and graceful. SO many other artists would just snatch the paycheck and not care if they weren't right for the show. However I honestly think Adele would be the most critically acclaimed HT show ever, it would be such a nice change from the fire canons and over the top performances.

Yeah, you're probably right. A RITD/SLY/Hello medley would have worked well for her and for the SB 51 HT show.

Adele could perfectly do the SB... they didnt need it for this era cause it was already a monster era, destroying records... so I guess they prefered to keep that tactic for the next era (I dont think the SB team would ever say NO to Adele at any time...) in case her comeback is not that strong (everything can happen, u know...)

 

Opening with "hello" and closing with SFTTR and performing RHI, RITD, SML, CP and the first single of new era (or first and second) in between... it would be more than a suitable show for the SB
