The Grammy performance helped a lot and I didn't deny that, but I think that the number without the Grammys was underestimated as well, I don't think they brought it an additional 63k sales 

It also stayed stable in the top 10 for 4 additional weeks without any promo

Cause absolutely nobody knew the song? That's when promo has the potential for the biggest effect. 

Yeah it probably would have done more than 43k anyway, but probably not super much more.
