It's so impressive, agreed! You're seeing someone mature through both the music and also through her life, relationships, etc. We now have a taste of what "grown-up" Olivia music sounds like. As a "thirty-something year old teenager fan" from her last two albums, there's almost a sense of pride watching someone grow into their full potential professionally. She's escaped "disney star" status at this point officially IMO.

Yes and no. Vampire is sad and also angry, where as this is definitely a "so in love" track. It gets very fun!

yeah I think the top ranks are factoring in decimal point percentages that we can't see it's probably going to drop during the year anyway. Ariana Grande had the same score and it wrapped up the year at #85 on the top scores of 2024. all the people last year with an 84 ended up somewhere between 68 and 98 considering some of the rereleases and artsy-fartsy albums that are also in Metacritic, a top 100 album of the year is still solid
