It's one thing to want to stop antisemitism but her silence on Gaza has been deafening. It made me question all of her works with the United Nations and advocacy about equality and love -- does it mean only children of certain countries deserve help? Do the children not deserve happiness and to be free from tyranny? It's one thing to want to protect her ancestry but to proudly collaborate with a known genocide denier (of all the awesome Jewish people there are in the world) is very telling. By the way, even if Hamas is really using children as human shields and hiding in hospitals, you simply do not bomb hospitals and kill children because that is a war crime! And because Oct 7th was a massacre/atrocity, what's happening in Palestine must be classified as such.
