Kanye West is only certified at 600,000 in Germany and we know he sold records and streams well Drake is only certified at 400,000 in Germany, same thing. They run around claiming Jay-Z sold 100 million albums and NONE of his solo albums are certified in Germany. Only the collab albums with Kanye West & Linkin Park. Germany isn't the end all

I'd have to assume they're counting stuff like the New Breed DVD/CD which sold over 1 million, G-Unit albums & streams, GRODT Soundtrack, Guess Who's Back album which sold like 500k before interscope sued the company that put it out. still don't know how they got that, UMG is starting to count numbers like Chartmasters. lol also the single sales they used are USA only, he should be around 70 million as a lead artist in RIAA single sales. just from the U.S., Canada and UK alone he should be around 90-100 million in single sales as a lead artist if UMG were to certify everything right now. So the 78 million would be low if its just a mistake and it's just a "records sold" metric

perhaps, it's still doing great on streaming though. It surpassed both Jay-Z & justin Timberlake collabs (suit & tie/holy grail) on Spotify & Youtube and they dropped closer to the streaming era. this is the biggest rap song Justin was featured on at this point streaming wise now. probably 4-5x times platinum in the states right now but had the potential to be a diamond single.
