This isn't true. All algorithmic social media is pretty bad now and if you look at the data, genuinely addicting. At least with forums like this, while we can be engaging with what's on other platforms by proxy, it is has to be organically brought to the table here and isn't an endless scrolling feed.

Yeah, ever since I joined the platform three years ago you could see that their top streamers were accounts replaying their music 24/7 every day. Actually insane that it went on for this long and they're pretending those were real listeners.

After years of BTS' music and solos clouding the charts from accounts that mass stream them 24/7, they have finally addressed the issue and put out a pointed tweet regarding it. BTS Army have not taken this well, deleting their accounts and trying to threaten LastFM, exclaiming that they are nothing without them using the platform. What is your opinion? Were these streams actually fully organic? There are many replies and quotes similar to what I've linked below.
