Great album!!!! Listened on a road trip today and really enjoyed. Super cohesive. Obviously no huge pop hits here, but that definitely wasn't the intent with this album.

VIE - the way this album is so underrated. Jealous Type was def one of the least interesting tracks on the album. Folklore MBF

This song really gives Halsey to me, especially the verses, which I love! It sounds like a grown up pop-punk record. Really enjoyed this!

After first listen, I was like ok? Too short to even really have an opinion. But after about 6 listens now, 2 being in the car + finally watching the video, I'm actually kinda obsessed with it if it was a minute longer I'd be SCALPED

This is actually really good! I would love a whole album with this sound from Lizzo. It sounds mature but also still very "Lizzo". Video is solid too. I think going in a more adult-contemporary direction would benefit Lizzo. The pop era was fun and successful for her, but with her current reputation it doesn't sit as well with listeners.

Minus TAOLG I adore that album but the 3 deluxes was irksome. I hate going to an artists Spotify page and seeing multiple versions of the same album cuz of all the deluxes lol. Idk why it bothers me lmao i wish it had been 12 tracks total and I think it would be in my top 2 for her Anyway cheers to INTD!

Shimmer and Hush are actually so GOOD. Especially shimmer. I'm sure they won't be hits but they deserve to have a cute viral moment.

I still can't believe Vie flopped so hard as it's prolly my favorite album of dojas The elongated teasing of JT def killed some of the hype and also the song itself (while I love it) was a bit dated in the current climate. I think people just had no interest in the 80s shtick. That being said, I think Doja did it in a very unique way and the album as a whole felt very fresh. The single rollout thereafter was a mess and kinda just killed the era on impact. Gorgeous is my least fave song on the album and lyrically just felt a bit contrived. Stranger I adore, but the era was already kind of over at that point. my dream rollout would've been the below: Lead: Cards 2nd Single: AHHHH MEN! 3rd Single: All Mine 4th Single: Happy 5th Single: Acts of Service - to transition into her RNB 6th album

After a few listens, I love this! The video is really cute too and I love how unpolished it feels and looks. Not overly glossy and high budget looking (even tho it prolly cost a fortune)

Katy is a much bigger star than Halsey and has much higher expectations (commercially, at least) so I don't see the comparison really. Also, TGI is a gorgeous album, so that saves it. 143 just sounds like dated demos.

TGI was a glorious album and deserved more. Truly beautiful from front to back.

I personally loved the entire Scarlet era and Demons in particular. It's in my top 3 from the album & def gives Tia Tamera energy at her live shows. The video was awesome too, as someone who loves horror. Sure, it turned off some fans and the GP who want more middle of the road imagery and clutch their pearls at anything related to or referencing the devil, but it also made some people (me) like her even more for giving us something edgy and unexpected from her. to each their own! that's what's so fun about art, everyone sees it differently.

Oh I love this. Much better than Fast, which I still enjoyed.
