The album is okay. Nothing stands out to me other than I Can't Get High Around You Anymore, but that's because the production/beat and theme are good. I'm indifferent. The issue with today's artists/singers and writers is that they lack the execution of themes because they don't have life experience (we're tied to our phones, living at home much longer, not dating seriously, not in the streets no mo) and they're not readers. Most of these songs would sound a lot better if they were better written and had catchy lyrics. I advise all writers to read and take up writing/language arts. Learn how to write a poem, such as sonnets and haikus, use sound devices, imagery, and figurative language. Sonically we need a tone, mood, and a theme. Study Mariah THEE Carey! I'm tired of VIBE music that has singers sounding like they're singing a rap song. And where are the damn ballads? With that being said, I'll give it a couple of more spins.

What I am saying is he would have been called out more. People just glossed over it. Nowadays when you point stuff like this out, people use it as an opportunity to "stand their ground" against woke culture. That wasn't happening at the height of cancel culture. It wasn't effective in the long run, but it held people accountability to a degree.

The saddest part is a lot of his female fans would call themselves feminists and gay allies. It just goes back to that recent argument on TikTok about female friends having homophobic boyfriends while calling themselves allies.

Not really because he pretended to be a so-called ally when people called him out for allegedly canceling a pride event. He apologized to the gays and said he would have done it had he actually been booked for it. Now we see that he's full of poop.
