As an austrian citizen I'd say yes it is safe. The possibility of something happening is always there regardless of there being a concert or not. (Just look at the attack in Nov 2020) I have a friend over from Switzerland for the concert and we're doing tourist stuff instead today.

They literally arrested 2 people in the afternoon how is our homeland security ****? It has to be much deeper than just that if they decide to cancel all three shows.
