Doja is talented and has an ear for hits. I genuinely believe she can come back at any time and smash if the song is good. Vie kind of flopped bc of the Scarlet backlash, but she's not done. Ppl forget everything these days anyway. She's clearly cemented herself in this industry. Seeing Nicole Kidman's success, she can definitely bounce back... Atp it's really just a matter of whether she actually wants to bounce back to be a big and successful artist. I just don't think she's that type of person rn

no shade but Madonna's vocals... Tinashe sweetie. They're both good but I prefer Popstar

I dislike the cover ngl but it's a great album and quite underrated. Love the influences (I'm hearing a lot of Janet), her tone is exquisiteeeee

RV's EP is a snooze compared to Cosmic. Surfin' Boy and Orchestra are very nice I'll give them that missed them

it's not a bad album I expected smtn worse based on the twt reactions... the aesthetics don't match the final product which is a bit ehh ? Aside from the singles, it's more on the chill side Definitely a downgrade compared to her debut though. A LOT of mid-tempos and not enough interesting bridges/vocal production. The R&B tracks sounded a bit dated and filler-ish (especially Is It Love and Double Blind wth was that). The mid-section was a bore but it got better at the end I ... really liked Hot Tubs ? I'd love to see a nocturnal inspired album from her, she'd suit it. Kiss was good as well

I was quite underwhelmed at the beginning but this album grew on me a lot ! Claiming dpmo, against me and outta time as my faves. One issue I have is with the production, the bass and guitars sound way too subdued and buried to me except idea 1 idgi. She should've released the album this Fall tbh but she probably didn't want to miss the Grammy subs this year ?

I feel like H2H is just SM attempting to regurgitate the canceled White Fox scraps. The girls remind me so much of the older SMROOKIES, esp Carmen and Lami. MHJ worked on the White Fox project group for a while before leaving SM so this would explain why they share some similarities with njz idk
