What an album, hit after hit, it deserves more streams

Shake It Off, Blank Space, Bad Blood, Cruel Summer and thats it, the rest are payolaed into the stratosphere

The bridge is atrocious

the amount of singles an album gets is part of the chart manipulation as well I did not forget about that

Doing better on charts doesn't mean it was more liked, it just means it had more label support with radio and playlisting, it's a fact Folkmore didn't have the same support as showgirl so this is a weird take nowadays charts can be easily manipulated and Taylor knows that

It's a grower, too easy, crash out, NWDA and pillow fight are bops

Nah the song just sucks She is condescending in the verses when lists those things regardless of what she says later

Wish list pisses me off cause it clearly give off trad wife in today's political climate but what most pisses me off aside from the whole block of Travis is the line where she is all condescending about people calling their dogs kids, idk I just hate her whole attitude in that song, she dismisses basically any achievement or dream anyone could have and praises a relationship and kids, and maybe it could work but her delivery specifically in that song as in the whole album basically, comes off as condescending and bitter anyway if she released this album instead maybe it would've been better, some songs are better left in the vault forever Opalite Father Figure The Fate of Ophelia Elizabeth Taylor Patient Zero Bejeweled I Can Do It With a Broken Heart Pink Clouding Honey Wood Ruin The Friendship Babylon The Life of a Showgirl

this wouldve been a better album if she released it in spring with the bonus tracks and without the problematic and idiotic ones like actually romantic, cancelled, ED, Cleveland, moved on to get married in private for gods sake and then released debut this fall...easy but shes greedy and lost her touch with her marketing skills

this would've been actually good without that ugly bridge....also the mv is ok, apart from some weird corny shots of her, if she wants to get into directing something more serious she needs to let go of these corny romantic narratives and imagery

This album and era could've been so much better and not a stain in her discography if she went to therapy and wrote better lyrics and stopped being bitter ….also credited the artists she interpolated in a bunch of these songs

babylon is pretty good, pink clouding a bit of a dud but shes apologizing for once which is not what she does a lot lol, the other 2 are alright, cancelled, actually romantic and ED shouldve never been released

Can't believe her ego was so hurt that's she's going to sacrifice the debut 20 anniversary for a deluxe of her latest **** album….

this song is such a bop. havent been obsessed with anything like this in quiet a bit, the beat is fire
