Just because it isn't technically a lie doesn't mean that people can't be upset about what they're getting. Honestly, a good chunk of the drama could've been avoided had they dropped the tracklist before preorders (or at least # of songs) and the physicals been advertised with the number of tracks. This way it wouldn't feel like people are finding out that they're getting fewer songs after the fact. Sorry, but it does come off as messy and the criticism is not unwarranted considering people's money was involved.
