This is messed up tbh. No song sustain itself without the production. Instrumental is as important (if not, more) as lyrics. Think about cuts like IKYWT. The instrumental is the most memorable thing about the song. Whoever came with the chord progression/sound of the song should be credited as much of a songwriter than the person who came up with lyrics.

yeah basically it was out of Top40 in Brazil when it started climbing globally (Top 10 all over LA, Top 5 in Mexico, etc). When it reached #2 at Top Global, we took it as a chance to take a brazilian to the top for the first time. So it kinda started a national commotion, especially yesterday. Results: we took it from 1,5M to 4M in one day.
