The problem is not her explaining why the DA didn't prosecute due to the limitations of the law, it's the cherry picking of statements and inclusions of testimony that imply the victim was promiscuous and at fault. Why couldn't she say the victim was offered drugs and took them? Why did she have to specially allude to her snorting it off one of the assaulter's genitals? And when one of the others wanted to discuss the problematic law, she kept talking.
