it is an EPIC bop! (Porter Robinson - Language, Easy come to mind but with more of a 00's club land vocal i.e Sash! - Encore une fois & Plummet - Damage) I feel so bad for her, people don't give her enough credit for what she's doing here. Crossing my fingers at least this makes it to the album from pretour. I'd imagine with the quality of music shes been teasing and releasing this era the other 3 tracks are going to be fire too. Pop Sound could be so huge for her. Republic don't care about music, just money its obvious in everything they do. Shes always having to muscle through something but she will come out on top i,e Charli, Zara etc

this is everything I've missed about pop 2 but more mature and cool I can see me getting obsessed with it (like pop 2 when that came out)

I just don't understand what happened? she has an incredible voice, she's looking incredible rn, the art direction is incredible but the music is DOA. It made me go back and listen to smile and that is so much more interesting her adlibs and the explosive final chorus' are present on every track, the lyrics are so much more detailed and meaningfull. This is almost so bland and repetive it's hard to get through the songs and they aren't long songs I notice it alot more with the emptier trap songs but it's there in lifetimes and nirvana too. The production isn't produced enough to support all that empty space and rhyming crush with rush level lyricism. I was hoping she would squash the haters with this as they've been very annoying. I can't see me going back to this other than for I'm his he's mine and all the love (which I feel I'm already getting tired of after a couple of plays). I hope they don't use it as an excuse to change her creative team tho, the artwork is MAJOR.

wtf guys? she's touring so it's physically and mentally demanding already. early starts, late finishes, rehearsals, meeting fans, travelling hours a day/night etc. on top of that she is also clearly dealing with an incredible amount of interest from fans, media, brands, labels etc so as you can imagine it's meeting after meeting, decision after decision. when things have never been like that for her before? and on top of that her old familiar life that she has been used to for the past however long her career has been so far, must seem so far away right now. and on top of that you don't know what's going on behind the scenes. How this has all effected her relationships with friends, family and lovers. I can't imagine any of you successfully pulling off a single one of those points effortlessly. Acts like britney, xtina etc these comparisons, they were essentially born into that life, the rest for the most part had slow rises to stardom. The poor girl is everywhere out of nowhere! everyone knows how uncomfortable it is starting a new job or moving to a new city or making new friends etc, i.e feeling vulnerable trying to achieve something. Now imagine those feelings but with the world watching and debating your every move. I don't understand why some of you think she just wakes up, puts on makeup and sings. The amount of work that goes into someone with this much momentum both from the individual themselves and the team around them is akin to high street fashion brands, cooperate business, media land etc they are BIG BIG money making operations and she's bang in the middle of it. Give her a break you quite literally have no idea what she's going through. I'm still new to her but her rise is one for the history books.

great news! teenage dream, dangerous woman, talk that talk, beyonce these albums are pop masterpieces and they aren't cohesive? this is her big label moment. hope we get problematique too the more kim the better tbh

this is huge gay queer scene summer candy! would be interested in who mixed and mastered it all as it sounds so clear and expensive and beautiful! personally tho not feeling it as much as wyp BUT as always like luxury her music needs time to be enjoyed (wasn't feeling pearls tho) seems like she's so much more herself now tho I really want to like it same as last album but it was save a kiss and spotlight that caught me then maybe its that more pop leaning hit its missing for me, begin again however gives me a taste of that feeling, defo a very a beautiful solid album regardless! great work everyone! she's the strongest form of herself here and it's so nice to see
