  1. not this just being a random cover song from December 2017 how is this even possible... they keep defying all the odds
  2. time for radio 1 to playlist it its right up their street
  3. that gif always makes me h***y his eyes
  4. but let me keep streaming
  5. hmm. proof that no one else is clicking this vid apart from a niche fanbase?
  6. also is it possible the streams are split for Touch, Power, NMSS and Hair because of their single remixes.. that’s the only thing i can think of they are all relatively low or absent from the list despite being some of their biggest songs
  7. !!!!! literally my first thought so weird because touch is 100% the song i go back to the most of theirs. it’s their most accessible song imo and has little burn out compared to their other equally big hits (here in the UK). even as a fan, i’d never in a million years go back and willingly play songs like black magic or SOTME, for example. it’s really unexpected to me because besides the recurrent stats everything points to it being easily one of their biggest and most memorable songs.
  8. this is sooo random it didn’t smash quite like this in her bigger markets. i guess we are 5 singles into the era in most of the world though and the remix itself and promo has been more US-centric. even then, i still don’t understand at what point all of this happened and it spent so many weeks top 10.
  9. it would be OUT without it most songs on TTH don’t become hits so what now?
  10. "Finally, Kylie Minogue & Dua Lipa land at Number 20 on the First Look with Real Groove following its release on vinyl. If it can hold on, it will be Kylie’s 52nd Top 40 and highest charting single since 2014, plus Dua Lipa’s 14th Top 20 single."
  11. shut up. the song didn’t even get the most basic spotify playlisting outside the UK so this isn’t bad.
  12. STUNNING song and mv this was such a moment for me
  13. i’m really interested to see how this one plays out these are good initial signs. i haven’t fully clicked with the song myself so i’m curious to see if the gp get behind it and it translates into more than just memes and that initial shock value
  14. justin deserved he released the best male song today drake and bruno just released the same tired song they been releasing forever
  15. this is a massive achievement Get Weird through to Glory Days was a massive time for them. they were true triple threats and they were smashing singles, albums and tours i really hate the album title Get Weird though
  16. excellent. well i will look forward to that.
  17. i remember her saying she had an undeniable smash up her sleeve while WAP was already doing its thing hopefully that is still to come cause this song was underwhelming and it's clearly not not going to work
  18. surprised that New Rules got this far too this is high key one of the biggest songs ever and so embedded in british culture. literally an anthem in a way that few songs can relate
  19. this remains potentially my fav song by them the mature sound and all of their different tones and vocal delivery is exceptional... i can only imagine if this is how they marketed themselves all along the way perrie EXPLODES in to repeat the second chorus leaves me shook every time
  20. 95k massive. she wasn't even in the preview for the week ahead in the 'first look' at the chart lol.
  21. yes her label has spent the entire budget on bots that are boosting her on every streaming platform and itunes chart around the entire world but have invested in nothing else
  22. yes i fully agree! they are different and the same
  23. exactly. it’s not really a valid comparison as they had completely different trajectories. billie is the product of playlisting. they didn’t chase one particular hit with her, but built her fanbase through multiple songs over the period of like a year on apple music. the only similarity is that billie still wasn’t really known to the masses when she had that major overnight breakthrough with her album release.
