An album would but a single wouldn’t, the kind of Christmas songs you hear on the radio are either the classics (Last Christmas, Merry Xmas Everyone) or the modern pop ones (AIWFCIY, Underneath The Tree, Santa Tell Me) which isn’t the genre she usually goes for.

I think the only real way to get a hit Xmas song is to drop an Xmas album, like I can’t think of many Xmas songs that were just one off singles and I don’t see anybody wanting an Xmas album from her, it’s not really her schtick
