  1. She raps better than pretty much all the female rappers but she doesn't know how to make good music.
  2. Mariah does it again...releases a surprisingly great album with terrible single choices lol She may not be able to sing like she used to but she knows how to make good music, can't take that away from her
  3. This thread is EMBARRASSING. So many of you need to get critical thinking skills badly. A bunch of bimbo air head b*tches who will grab their pitchforks and jump on any bandwagon that drives by. Mess.
  4. For me her music became much better when she improved her songwriting. The songwriting on NFR is top tier and made her projects after that so much more listenable than her music before. How much Antonoff had to do with that I have no idea but for me that was the biggest difference when comparing post-NFR music to previous projects.
  5. Lmao at Applause, who cares? I could ask 50 random people on the street what that song is and they'd have no idea. If we're talking about music longevity then the answer is self-explantory as Gaga moved to film in order to continue her longevity, the music wasn't doing that for her. If she hadn't moved to film she would've continued to sink into irrelevance with mediocre albums, hence separating music and film in my answer.
  6. Wait wait wait, Kesha is only popular on ATRL?!! I can't believe it
  7. Music wise it's obviously Britney, the Gaga fad lasted like 3 years and she doesn't have a "Blackout" either. But career wise probably Gaga, she was smart and moved to film where she will continue to thrive IMO
  8. Not illegal? They're called PRIVATE schools for a reason, they are privately owned and can accept or reject whoever they please
  9. Couldn't care less about Katy but go off
  10. Last album peaked at #168 so going independent means she gets to maintain the FULL $1,000 in royalties from her next project
  11. Because I Like It borders on an interpolation of You Get What You Give at times. But yeah very wise decision to change direction from this to the finished ITZ album
  12. The song isn't good, so there's that
  13. Yeah the song just isn't good
  14. Traumazine has bars over this album, especially the first half of Traumazine. "Megan" has cohesiveness, sleek production and flows but Traumazine has BARS. "Megan" is really lacking on that front which is what makes it a bit disappointing, but it still edges as her best album overall IMO. Next album she needs to cut the album down from 18 tracks to somewhere like 12 or 13 and give everything she has to those songs...cut out the fat and the filler
