a few years ago it kinda seemed like IKAG was being phased out (almost forgotten) and Hot & Cold was taking its crown but glad things turned around Anyways I think this album would've been better if she just kept the 4 singles + If You Can Afford Me and then replaced the other quirky singer-songwriter stuff with more edgy electro-poprock songs like IKAG

Kacey performing 3rd grade level poetry with Katy Perry'd hyper-literal performance set pieces (the songs called rainbow so let's have rainbow aesthetics!) and then walking up on stage to accept AOTY... A deeply humiliating moment for a Kacey fan I must say, I definitely lost

Still can't get over Miss Musgraves releasing a bland hot AC'd Colbie Caillat album and still receiving universal acclaim from critics, grammys and bottoms Same Trailer Different Park deserved!

Going to try & re-listen to Mitski with an open mind. Townie & Your Best American Girl are cute but everything else I've heard from her is like a 5 or 6 Will be dragging Kacey, Robyn and Janelle for their career worst albums (not counting Robyn's early work that I never listened to) ofc
