The sixth studio album for US singer/songwriter Taylor Swift titled “Reputation” debuts at No.1 on the ARIA Albums Chart this week, becoming her fourth chart-topping album here.

 

“Reputation” becomes the 814th No.1 Album in Australia (1965 to 2017) and the 665th for ARIA (1983 to 2017), plus the 458th to debut in the top spot, and the fourth for the record label Big Machine, with all previous No.1’s for them being Taylor albums in “Speak Now” (1 wk, 8-Nov, 2010), “Red” (3 wks from 29-Oct, 2012) and then “1989” (9 broken weeks from 3-Nov, 2014), in fact it was 95 number one albums ago that “1989” hot the top and then 94 #1’s prior to that “Speak Now” was at the top, whilst “Red” spent its last week at No,1 this week in 2012.

Total chart figures: 54,970 copies

Physical albums: 23,520 copies

Digital albums: 30,780 copies

Streaming equivalent albums: 670 copies

The equivalent album figures are so miniscule they wouldn't make a difference. And when Divide debuted at #1, streaming wasn't included into the album charts yet so his figures are all pure sales.
