He barely reached 2M in the US i know he's global, but you can see all his certifications (update recently) and he doesn't has that much sold and uwc only counts 36 countries, tragic.. uwc always inflated sales to some artist, according them 'X' sold 9M pure when only has 7.5M (even rounded) Yes?
