Since Cardi has released her new smash 2nd album Am I The Drama?, I keep can't stop listening to this song.

 

 

This song has a throwback 2000s hip-hop/r&b feel to it. Sexy but romantic, smooth, and the kind of rap-singer combo that pops off hard. This song also would smash on Pop and Rhythmic radio for sure.

 

Honestly, this song sounds like a viral TikTok smash waiting to happen and imagine if Selena would have sang the chorus on this instead of being on Pick It Up. (Even though Pick It Up is a  bop and low-key single material too.)

Should Cardi make this a single and release a music video for this? Should she go with another track instead?

The problem with this album is there are literally several songs that could easily be a single and smash on it.

Outside is the obvious next single.

Same, I wish she would have had a bigger female artist on the chorus. I actually could see Selena doing it. She could have been featured on the album twice like Summer Walker.

The one with Selena Gomez will do numbers.
