This isn't accurate. The Tortured Poets Department never charted in France - The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology did. Midnights also never made it to their charts as it was replaced by Midnights 3AM Edition before it could chart. You can't compare studio albums and then throw in studio albums + re-releases.
