1. This thread is dead. I was trying to keep it alive to little avail

 

2. We can post individual certification threads for every other country. I've posted US, Brazil and Danish certification threads which haven't been closed but the UK market which has higher certification thresholds than both Brazil and Denmark combined threads get closed.

 

3. Chart rules don't specify anything about certification threads
