correct. the album should be around the 1.5 million mark, at the very least.

yeah, it should be at least 2x Platinum.

Is she attached to a big label? Huge artists like Beyoncé don't want to spend money certifying. So I can imagine a smaller one wouldn't want to either. P

Chappell Roan is on the same label as Sabrina Carpenter: Island Records.

 

Island certified 7 Sabrina singles today with the RIAA.

 

Let's hope they do the same for Chappell this week.

 

HITS confirms Chappell's album is at 1.5 million SPS, but it's only Gold with the RIAA.
