Her latest album came out in 2018 right before her contract with Universal Music ended. She began producing for herself and along the way said goodbye to commercial success.

 

Her last single was released in 2023.

 

She barely updates her social media and it's been months since her last post on Instagram.

 

Her 14-year-old son has shown suicidal tendencies according to reports. He was taken by his dad (her ex) to live Spain against her will. Court sessions are happening soon.

 

Her other ex, with whom she shares a son, is also exploiting the child to take more money from her.

    Her music has been whack for the past 10 years tbh but I think this whole mess with Colatte and her kid is kind of the reason why she's been off for a while. Hope everything turns out well for her and her kid.

    I am content with what we got and she always makes it into my end of year charts. I'm just not like, longing for more music from her tbh. If she HAD to release something I wish she forgot completely about getting another radio hit and just did something that made her fan base happy. Something dancey for the gays, but also edgy and a bit experimental. Look at Kylie Minogue or even Gloria Trevi. Both still sell out shows, and even Kylie got a hit out of doing what her fan base has been wanting.

    Her recent singles aren't all that tbh. Flops yeah but nowhere near bad as for example, Thalia, who has a huge production team and a record label behind her.

    One of my faves latin artist, I just love her. Her discography is full of bops and deserves better. Hope everything goes well with her private life.
