Tyla must be on cloud 9 with the success of Chanel and her Asia tour. People called her a one hit wonder but she's reaching new peaks almost every day 2nd album and US tour better be coming early next year

Time to revive this base Tyla starting 2026 off with a global hit that continues to grow. I wonder what's next? The Grammys are next month so she will be there and hopefully perform. I'm guessing album announcement and release in the spring? Her label would be crazy to not use Chanel's momentum to launch album 2. Maybe more collabs? I keep hearing about the Shakira collab

i'm so glad i got her debut album on vinyl with a signed card last year.

Omg I honestly can't wait for the shakira collab. Even if it doesn't smash, I'm just glad she'll have some of that latin market on lock. This will definitely be Tyla's biggest year yet, and we haven't seen the half of it!!

What colllabs would you like to see on T2? I would like a female rapper collab( preferably Doja cat), Male rapper( Drake), MPG( Beyonce or Ariana), let a girl dream a little😂 and some local SA artist( The Mr media guy-LeeMcKrazy)

I hate Drake but that would do wonders for her career. I hate to compare her to Rihanna but I think Tyla should collab with everyone like she did. She has the potential to be as versatile as Rih was.

Doja would be my #1 right now. I can see her collaborating again with Lisa. Also, Sabrina, Cardi B, Playboi Carti, The Weeknd, KATSEYE (for a viral dance moment, and to give KATSEYE their first good song ), and K-pop artists tbh. The K-pop audience seems to love her.

Doja and Doechii definitely. I'd also love a Kehlani collab. Zara, Sabrina and Tate are also collabs I'd love to see happen. Tyla and Anitta could also be a great collab I think.

Beyonce and Rihanna are my dream collabs for her

Is there a reason why she was never nominated for Best New Artist? She probably would have lost to Chappell in 2025 but surprised to realise she didn't even get any recognition.

She's an African artist. The Grammys always undermine African musicians by boxing them in the same category irrespective of what genre they sing. They see her as the best new African artist, and not the BNA in general. A song like Water or Chanel should've easily challenged for ROTY/SOTY but they will probably shove her in the best African performance.

I wonder when she's dropping the next single. I need Chanel to peak first but I did peep her archiving almost all of her posts on IG & unpinning Chanel so maybe soon
