I love watching these old year-end recaps. It's always interesting to see which acts we remember and which we don't. :dies:

    1990 really has to be the biggest peak for a female popstar. She was coming off Like a Prayer a few months prior, still scored another top 10 off that album in February of 1990, released Vogue while on tour with the Blond Ambition Tour. Released a hit album to accompany a successful movie, and then ended the year with another number one smash (Justify My Love) and a diamond selling SMASH (The Immaculate Collection).

     

    EDIT: all while pissing off half of America, advocating for gay rights, being ex-communicated by the church, and being banned on MTV.
