On March 17th 2014, Cher Lloyd released “Sirens” as the second and final single from her sophomore effort ‘Sorry I’m Late’. 

It failed to see commercial success unfortunately. It didn’t even crack the top 40 in her native UK. 
 

But the song received critical acclaim and praise from Cher’s industry peer Leigh Anne Pinnock. 

Dare I say her most underrated single ? This deserved to smash everywhere around the world

This song used to play all the time over the intercom back when I worked in retail. I loved it and was shocked to find out it was Cher Lloyd singing it. 

Cute song! She actually has some solid bops. Shame she never truly took off.

 

I still think None of My Business should have been a 28 week #1.
