Has anyone noticed this new feature? 

 

I made playlists the last 2 days and I noticed random songs show up so when I go to delete it says remove recommendation.  Is this a new feature?

Perhaps you have the Enchance Playlist option selected. That way Spotify recommends certain songs for the playlist and automatically adds them. If you turn the Enchance option off the recommendations go away.

Might be Smart Shuffle? That mode add recommended songs based on your playlist. It has a lil star on the shuffle icon. You can just click it to turn it off.
