Meanwhile 'The Lost Tapes' was #39 on Monday's Album midweeks. I hope it can hold onto the Top 50, but it'll likely drop below the Top 100 come Sunday :-/

They should've had more physical copies available on their website, and sold the CD and more vinyls at their London show.

WTRC obviously won't chart, but I see it more as a thank you to the fans and an introduction to the new era on BMG anyway

The Lost Tapes Vinyls/CDs were shipped on Friday, and they also sold some copies of the Vinyl at the London show on Friday. No more sales to be added now, only streaming, which will most likely account for like 30 copies, as people aren't really streaming the album.

I have seen them perform this twice now., tonight for a third time and I love how much fun and joy they have performing this

Is it safe to believe they actually report the sales made at the tour merch stands? Like is it common practice for acts to do that?

In the US it is, I am unsure about the UK but I'm gonna assume it is.

considering it was an independent release before BMG I doubt it, but they reported the store shipments so who knows!

Well tbf, I'm sure they only sold like less than 20-30 vinyls at the venue, so it doesn't rly make that huge of a difference.

I know a lot of people were not allowed to buy the vinyl for 'safety reasons' before the show and could only get them afterwards...

Well The Lost Tapes didn't chart in the Top 100 albums chart, but it charted on Albums sales chart at #14 (#13 on the physical sales chart). I'm sure it missed the Top 100 by like less than 50 copies. :-/
