I'm back to say I still stand by that!!! The old version that leaked in 2021 was always much better than this.

 

I think the Zig album is mostly quite lame  but fans of the Church Outfit/Knockoff (rework) sound will probably like it. I hope Poppy doesn't choose to ruin revisit more of her old songs in the future— she recently registered a Bubblebath outtake from like, 2014…

I Disagree (no pun intended) 

 

this new version has so much more depth and the fingerprint of her evolution into her own sound since then! I understand if you prefer more pure pop leaning tho.

Never really got into her before but was pleasantly surprised by this!
