if a 10 second snippet reminded people of so many songs (I've literally seen people mention at least 20 different songs) then either 

1) none of these songs are original, they're all copying each other -> which means it shouldn't be a big deal

or

2) everyone accusing her of copying xyz are lying because there's no way she can copy so many songs in 10 seconds  

It's only a problem if it's Olivia.. Girl can't use a couple of notes because someone already used it in the past.  

So the song will be a ballad? don't mind it but was expecting something a bit more uptempo since it's summer.

The snippet was cute but Olivia needs to get rid of Conan Grey from any promo, I find them insufferable

I really don't think this is gonna end up being a full ballad. I could see this being like Billie's HTE where it builds up slowly and has a dramatic breakdown at the end.

 

Thematically it might also be the antithesis to Drivers License: this might be Olivia being angry with a breakup whereas on Drivers License it was more a feeling of sadness and disappointment over this relationship that meant a great deal to her

Based on the instruments and the songs BPM, it’s pretty obvious it’s not a ballad.
